Keto Weekly Meal Plan

Dinners

Cabbage Roll Soup: This keto cabbage soup is so thick and flavorful, it feels more like eating stew. And yet it’s packed with healthy goodness. It’s a full meal in a bowl, with protein, vegetables, and plenty of vital nutrients.

Juicy Grilled Porkchops: As Spring starts to warm up, grill season is upon us. These porkchops are seasoned to mouthwatering perfection. They are succulent and juicy, and just the smell alone will set your mouth watering!

Jambalaya: This easy sheet pan jambalaya is definitely a perfect keto dinner. Made with cauliflower rice, it’s a full meal in one go, with all your veggies and a delicious array of proteins.

Salsa Fresca Chicken: If you love the bold flavors of salsa, you have to give Salsa Fresca Chicken Bake a try. It’s an easy casserole style dish, with everything layered together and baked in the oven.

Side dish, breakfast, & dessert

Easy Spinach Squares: Packed full of spinach and Cheddar, these are easy to make ahead. They work great for a side dish an appetizer, or a snack. The best part: they're less than 3g net carbs per serving!

Maple "Oatmeal" Breakfast Cookies: These easy keto breakfast cookies are simple to make and taste like maple oatmeal. A delicious way to start your day off right!

Gooey Butter Cake: You have to admit that the name Gooey Butter Cake is simply mouthwatering. It makes you want to run to the kitchen and get baking! It originated in St. Louis, Missouri, and it features a flat, dense cake with a filling of cream cheese and butter.

Meal Prep Tips:

  • Choose pork chops that are at least 1 inch thick. Thinner cuts tend to cook through too quickly and dry out before they become golden brown on the outside.
  • For the jambalaya: Cut the ingredients into even bite sized pieces. The allure of a one-pot meal like jambalaya is that everything is cut up ahead of time, so it’s easy to simply dig in! Cutting them up evenly means they will cook more evenly.
  • The almond butter for the maple oatmeal breakfast cookies should be the creamy kind. Melting it slightly makes it easier to mix with the other ingredients.
  • If you truly want a gooey butter cake, make sure to under-bake it. Don’t wait for that filling to firm up, take it out of the oven while the center is still quite jiggly. Keep your eye on it as every oven is different and baking times are only ever a guide.

Enjoy!
